So as- purpose

To walk (“peripat-eh-sai”, to walk infinitive) in a manner worthy of the Lord

fully pleasing to him- this is the anthem of our lives, the very purpose we have been created

Living (v. 10)

bearing fruit- “karpophorountes” pers, act part, nom, mas, pl to produce actions and natural consequences befitting one’s nature; conceived of as a tree bearing fruit according to its kind.

Enduring (v. 11)

according to his glorious might

endurance- “hypomen-eh-n” steadfast, the power to withstand harship or stress; espeically te inward fortitude necessary

patience with joy- “makrothymian” forbearance, patient endurance of pain or unhappiness.

who has qualified you- “hikanwsanti” aor, act, part, dat, masc, sg to make fit or adequate

to share in the inheritance of the saints in light

from the domain of darkness- authority; power

to the kingdom of his beloved Son- authority, sovereignty
